Kanchan Joneja
Kanchan is a design researcher, multidisciplinary creative, and author based out of Delhi. As Co-founder and Creative Head at Off Centre Collective, she’s often found deep diving into wicked problems that cut across disciplines and designing thought-provoking interventions or finding new ways of storytelling. An alumnus of the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, her work has largely been impact-driven, collaborative, and grounded in the development sector. She has worked with the likes of the British Council, Serendipity Arts Foundation, World Resources Institute, and Global Diversity Foundation. She believes in the power of collaboration and communication to scale impact in the world.

Sukriti Thukral
Sukriti is a creative thinker, keen observer, and synthesiser of the world. She works in the domain of research, strategy and design with a human centred approach for sustainable development. She has deep interest in themes around conservation, gender and mental health. With her love for design, data and humans she aspires to drive innovation and amplify impact for a better planet. She is an alumni of the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi.
Researcher & Visual Anthropologist
Dr. Eda Elif Tibet
A post-doctoral researcher, Dr. Eda Elif TIbet leads her own independent research initiative Animating the Commons at the Critical Sustainability Unit, Institute of Geography at the University of Bern. She holds a Ph.D. in Social Anthropology from the University of Bern (2019) and a Mphil from the University of Kent (2013). Her research is in partnership with the Global Diversity Foundation (UK) where she is the lead Visual Anthropologist and a Core Faculty Member for the Global Environments Summer Academy taking place at the University of Oxford each year. She is also the founder of KarmaMotion: a film collective of cultural media and film creators who produced 8 award winning doc films to date and the co-founder of EthnoKino in Bern. Elif is an avid social innovator, researcher, fundraiser, and trailblazing media practitioner working towards planetary transformation via meaningful storytelling.
Visual Communication Design Intern
Aaradhya
Aaradhya is a final year student, pursuing Bachelor of Design (BDes.) in Graphic Communication Design. She enjoys solving problems visually with the help of design, backed up by thorough research work. She is expanding her horizon one day at a time, for the pure passion of being able to learn, adapt, and build something new. She has been working on a personal passion project (print on skin: handpoked tattoos and how the GenZ manifests them as art on their bodies) as well by giving people handpoked tattoos in return for people's stories.

Rhea Antony is a visual designer and communication strategist who focuses on visualising and telling stories using data on themes surrounding sustainability and urban development. She also works with young organisations to help strengthen their brand through comprehensive communication strategies that help them scale their impact.

Kruthika Nagananda
My journey of sustainability began during my studies of architecture. With the help of my studies, I have been fortunate to work with organisations like Biome Environmental solutions, Daily Dump, UN-Habitat Myanmar, that has expanded my learnings. Currently I'm exploring my passion of sustainability and climate change adaptation in disasters while I pursue masters in Disaster Resilience and Sustainable Development from University of Newcastle, Australia.
Robotics Engineer & Creative Coder
Mayank Joneja
Mayank is a robotics engineer who works on drones and camera systems for warehouses and also enjoys creative coding. He has worked on interactive art installations in the past to make people dance to pollution and has been exposed to design thinking through design innovation workshops. As a passionate drummer and drone enthusiast, Mayank has been exposed to plenty of pleasant (and unpleasant) sounds ever since his teenage.

Sonalika Arora
An Architect by education, a design lover by passion and an entrepreneur by profession, Sonalika is the Founder and Lead Creative of her own design studio, Soàr by Sonalika Arora, dedicated to digital media design within two verticals : website design & wedding design. She has played an instrumental role in the building of The Coffee Miners platform with Off Centre Collective.
